Adam Mallabone (Director)
Adam has worked in the Tax Advisory and Accounting profession for over 27 years and has extensive experience in assisting large corporates (ASX, Large proprietary), SMEs and not-for-profits.
He is a Director at DLK Advisory, was previously a Partner at Crowe Horwath Melbourne and has also held senior positions at EnergyAustralia and PwC.
He specialises in providing taxation and business advisory services to his clients, including advising on research & development tax incentives, corporate tax and indirect tax matters. Adam also has a particular strength in assisting clients undertaking M&A transactions (be it buy side or sell side).
Adam is able to bring a unique perspective rarely offered by most advisors. Having spent 6 years managing an ‘in-house’ corporate tax function within a top 100 company, Adam truly understands the commercial, accounting and HR realities in conducting business.

- Member – Australia Society of Certified Practising Accountants (CPA)
- Chartered Tax Adviser – Tax Institute of Australia
